Head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (CCU) Alexander Tupitsky supposedly involved in take over of ownership of the electromechanical power plant in the city of Zugres (since 2014, controlled by the “DPR”) and could receive Your part in this company through a fiduciary.
This assumption was expressed by researchers from the Scheme program, reports Radio Liberty. Published journalists recording of Tupitsky’s conversation, conducted in October 2018 by the General Prosecutor’s Office, SBU and Donetsk businessman Vladislav Drager, who collaborated with law enforcement officials (scroll to the bottom to see the video).
The conversation was recorded in criminal proceedings against another judge, the former head of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine Victor tatkov (Dear). Tupitsky himself was then vice president of the CCU.
Now, the materials have been separated in a separate criminal proceeding by the State Investigations Office, in which Tupitsky’s actions are already being investigated.
As is clear from the conversation, the judge knew that Draeger could settle the investigation, but did not know that he was already working for law enforcement officers. The current head of the CCU businessman warnedso that he “does not screw”:
He also said that he was willing to arrange a meeting between the businessman and Tatkov for a fee, admitting that he himself was at the center of “this problem”.
According to journalists, the judge could have allegedly received his share through the minority owner of the plant, Boris Rumak.
Schemes added that Tupitsky declined to comment on the substance of the questions posed by journalists.
As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, journalists had previously filmed the KSU president’s mansion in the city of Vasilkov, near Kiev, from a bird’s eye view.
Tupitsky’s mother-in-law, Larisa Kolpachenko, found four lots with a house near Kiev, although she previously worked as a pharmacist.
