In the Dnipropetrovsk region, on the Dnieper-Kryvyi Rih highway (M-04), a bus with passengers caught fire while driving.
The message about the incident was received on December 20 at 7:40 am, according to the State Department of Social Security in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The service noted that during the incident there were 7 passengers and the driver in the cabin, no one was injured.
Rescuers who arrived at the scene of the emergency found that the fire had occurred in the engine compartment of the BAZ-A079 “Etalon” bus. All the passengers left the vehicle before their arrival.
It is noted that a bus was destroyed by fire in an area of 21 square meters. 5 rescuers and 1 unit of fire fighting and rescue equipment from the State Administration participated in the extinction.
Earlier, an accident occurred with a minibus in the Lviv region. On December 3, Mercedes Sprinter collided with an Audi car. The accident killed three people. Law enforcement officers noted that the Audi driver drove into the opposite lane, where he collided with a minibus. Investigators opened criminal proceedings.
