The People’s Court March started in Belarus today, December 20. At 9:00 a.m., people began gathering on the streets of Minsk and other cities, according to the Nexta Telegram channel.
The first group of protesters was gathered by residents of the Sukharevo micro-district in the capital. Columns are also forming in other districts of Minsk. In particular, in the Kamennaya Gorka area, several people with white, red and white flags lined up in the Chain of Solidarity. Motorists support her with honks.
“Our subscribers noticed the equipment near the Moscow Ring Road and Pritytskogo Street in Minsk,” the Belsat TV channel reported.
The Yabatka movement in support of Lukashenka brought tractors to the streets of Minsk with the song “They do not give to their beloved.” The convoy is accompanied by vehicles of the traffic police, says “Nasha Niva”.
Tractors with red and green flags in Filimonov are reported to drive slowly in pairs, occupying two lanes.
It should be recalled that the protest actions in Minsk and other cities of the Republic of Belarus began after the presidential elections on August 9, which, according to the CEC, was won by Alexander Lukashenko. The opposition does not recognize these results. Furthermore, the re-election of Lukashenka is not recognized by the EU countries and the United States.
