In Ukraine, procedures for granting housing subsidies and benefits for the payment of housing and communal services have been improved. The corresponding decision was made by the government in a meeting on Wednesday, December 16.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.
So, according to him:
- provided the opportunity to receive a subsidy to households, which include people who work officially abroad in countries with which Ukraine has not concluded social security agreements, or are abroad during the period of caring for a child until the child turns three;
- granted the right to receive a general housing allowance to people who acquired ownership of the home within 12 months before applying for the appointment of a subsidy, in particular, by inheritance, and people who have no income in accordance with the law are exempted from paying a one-time contribution to the mandatory state social insurance (today they can be assigned a housing subsidy only by decision of the commission);
- The list of information interaction channels between Oschadbank JSC and recipients of housing benefits and subsidies has been expanded using messengers;
- established order Return of benefits and housing allowances overpaid (wrongly) to citizens in a non-monetary way.
