A woman contacted the police on December 14 and reported the abuse of her 17-year-old son. The investigation established that on December 13 the victim attended his friend’s birthday. There they beat him and forcibly cut his hair. The process was filmed and published on social networks.
“Currently, the police have identified all the participants in the event, these are three local residents between the ages of 15 and 20. The police also identified six witnesses who were present with the victim,” police said in a statement.
On this fact, a criminal proceeding was opened under Part 2 of art. 127 (torture committed by a group of people). The sanction of the article provides for a prison sentence of five to ten years.
