Foschiy said Ingulets can agree with Shakhtar to transfer the party to another city, if it suits the UPL and the party broadcaster. The parties have already started negotiating.
Given that Ingulets is the culprit for the cancellation of the match, which did not prepare the playing field, the club may receive a loss by loss.
