Putting out a fire at the Poltava cinema
Investigators are investigating how the deceased entered the cinema building, as well as the reasons for the fire.
Law enforcement officers identified the man who died in a fire at the Kotlyarevsky cinema in Poltava. He turned out to be a local resident, the regional department of the National Police reported yesterday.
“Employees of the Poltava police have identified the man, whose burned body was found after the extinction of a fire in a historic building on Sobornost street, 31. It turned out to be a local, born in 1993,” the message says.
Investigators are currently investigating how the deceased entered the building, as well as the causes and circumstances of the fire.
We will remember, on December 9 in Poltava, the cinema named after Kotlyarevsky caught fire. A massive fire was extinguished by 56 people and 14 teams.
It was later learned that the body of the deceased was found at the scene of the fire. The police opened a criminal case.
