The reason was the broadcast of the cartoon “The unusual journey of Seraphima”, in which the Russian actor Alexander Mikhailov voiced the main character, whose name is on the list of people who pose a threat to the national security of Ukraine.
This was reported by the press service of the National Council on TV.
Thus, during an unscheduled on-site inspection, the National Council discovered that the television channel was showing the animated film “The unusual journey of Seraphima”, where Alexander Mikhailov was one of the voice actors.
