The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) reacted to the statement by the Kharkiv company “Biolek” that they would not produce the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine without state registration.
The RDIF said the first test spills of the production-identical vaccine were made at the company’s facilities.
RIA Novosti reports.
The fund added that “Biolek’s” explanation does not contradict the RDIF’s words about the company’s willingness to produce the drug at its facilities. Also, this organization and the Gamaleya Institute said once again that they are ready to sign an agreement on technology transfer and supply of raw materials for the production of vaccines in Ukraine.
Let us remind you that on the afternoon of December 8, the Russians announced that the company “Biolek”, located in Kharkov, is ready to launch the production of the vaccine.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian authorities have repeatedly said that Kiev does not intend to buy the Russian vaccine.
