A dream come true: Apple introduced the AirPods Max on the roof. Expensive. Very: $ 549 in the US Before Tax. They are also quite heavy at 384.8 grams.
If previous rumors claimed that the headphones themselves can determine which ear they are wearing, it actually turned out that they are not. At least one photo has a mug with the letter L:
The headband is made of breathable fabric that follows the texture of the material covering the pads.
Like projectiles, there is active noise reduction and spatial audio. But, among other things, there is also an adaptive equalizer: it reacts to the fit of the headphones, how tightly the pads fit to the ears. All of this is done using a special measurement signal.
The headphones received 40mm dynamic drivers with dual neodymium magnetic rings. All this, according to Apple, allows you to get no more than 1% harmonic distortion.

The ear pads are attached to the headphones with magnets; have received memory foam pillows. The cups are made of anodized aluminum and the temples are made of stainless steel. The latter slide smoothly and are rigidly fixed. There is also a digital crown to control the volume of the music. Lastly, not sensory shit, but a regular ring that can be adjusted by hand:
Active noise reduction works with eight microphones at the same time, two of which are inside the ear pads, so you can appreciate the sound image you hear. There is also a transparency mode, when you listen to everything that happens around you without removing the headphones. Another ninth microphone is required for speech recognition.
AirPods Max received two Apple H1 chips at a time, one for each of the cups. They are responsible for the operation of noise reduction and adaptive equalizer.
The headphones work up to 20 hours with noise cancellation and transparency mode activated. The headphones come with a Lightning to Type-C cable, as well as a case where the AirPods Max will go into power saving mode:
The headphones are available in five colors: silver, space gray and sky blue, as well as pink and green.
