However, despite the fact that our country does not belong to the richest countries in the world, Ukraine will not remain in the second half of the world queue. Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said Ukraine does not plan to stay away from the first global phase of vaccination. And this, according to Kuleba, can be achieved through active participation in COVAX and friendly relations with those countries that will have access to the vaccine first.

The opening of the EU borders for Ukrainians is not related to the issue of general vaccination. Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba pointed out that everything depends on the epidemiological situation both in Ukraine and in the EU countries. Despite this, the minister believes that Ukrainians have nowhere to go, except for the European Union. According to him, now the borders of 63 countries are open to citizens of Ukraine, of which 10 are in Europe.
