Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba does not know when the authorities will be able to switch to the so-called plan B for the peaceful resolution of the situation in Donbass. But you know what it depends on.
He said this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
“I will answer as correctly as possible: I don’t know when this moment will come,” Kuleba replied to the question of when Ukraine will get Plan B.
He also noted that this depends on progress along the current track, within which Ukraine seeks the withdrawal of Russian troops and the gradual reintegration of the territories.
We will recall, earlier, that the adviser to the Ukrainian delegation of the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) Alexey Arestovich said that the key idea of plan B for Donbass is the introduction of a peacekeeping contingent. According to him, the Ukrainian side has already found a way to offer this option.
Also previously, OSCE Special Representative Heidi Grau said that negotiations on the peace plan are not progressing due to disagreements between the parties. She believes they must show a willingness to compromise.
