Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry said when they can open the borders of the European Union for the country. The head of the department, Dmitry Kuleba, pointed out that it is not a general vaccination against the coronavirus.

He said this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.

Despite this, the minister believes that Ukrainians have nowhere to go, except for the EU. According to him, there are 63 countries you can go to, 10 of them in Europe.

“This is not a question of universal vaccination, but it is a question of undoubtedly a significant decrease in the numbers in Ukraine and the EU countries,” Kuleba noted.

We will recall, earlier in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, they said that it is not appropriate to close airports in the event of a closure in Ukraine. This also applies to the ban on the entry of foreigners into Ukraine.

RBC-Ukraine wrote that Ukraine will not introduce a blockade for the New Year. The Ministry of Health proposes an increase in quarantine from January.

At the end of November, the head of the Interior Ministry, Arsen Avakov, said that a radical blockade should be introduced as soon as possible for three to four weeks.
