He stated that he would not veto the defense budget if an article were removed, exempting online resources from responsibility for the content of user comments.
“Very sad for our nation, but it appears that Senator Jim Inhof will not include a clause to end Article 230 until the Defense Act. So bad for our national security and electoral integrity. Last chance to do so. I will veto.” Trump wrote.
On the eve of the US Congress, work on the defense budget bill for 2021 was finalized. Among other things, the bill also includes extended sanctions against the Nord Stream 2 project.
