The dismissal of the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Yuri Gusev, was agreed with the Cabinet of Ministers in connection with his transfer to another job. The media report that Gusev will lead Ukroboronprom.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the removal of Yuri Gusev from the post of head of the Kherson Regional State Administration. The representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, MP Vasily Mokan, wrote about this on Telegram.

He noted that Gusev will move to another job.

A day earlier, Sonya Koshkina, editor-in-chief of Left Bank, announced on her Telegram channel that Yuriy Gusev would lead Ukroboronprom.

“The decision has finally been made, now the documents are being drawn up … In the Kherson region, the new head of the Regional State Administration will not yet be appointed, one of Gusev’s deputies will remain on the estate as acting director for several months, “wrote the journalist on the social network.

Recall that Gusev became chairman of the Kherson Regional State Administration on July 13, 2019.

Zelensky was previously reported to have replaced two governors. The president appointed new heads of the regional state administrations of the Odessa and Kharkov regions.
