ASUSTeK Computer has announced the launch of another GeForce RTX 3090 class graphics card. The device is called Turbo GeForce RTX 3090 (model code TURBO-RTX3090-24G) and as you can imagine it is equipped with a cooling system with a centrifugal fan. By the way, earlier Gigabyte Technology released a similar video card.
As the vendor noted, Turbo GeForce RTX 3090 is designed for cases with limited internal space and systems with multiple graphics cards. Cooling for the Nvidia GA102’s graphics core is provided by a copper heat sink with a vapor chamber at the base and an 80mm turbine-type fan with dual bearings. You can use three DisplayPort 1.4 interfaces and one HDMI 2.1 to display images.
The Nvidia GA102 GPU operates at reference frequencies from 1395 to 1695 MHz with dynamic overclocking. With the patented GPU Tweak II utility, the Boost Clock value can be increased to 1725 MHz. The effective frequency of 24 GB of GDDR6X video memory is 19.5 GHz. An additional power supply is connected via two connectors 8-pin on the back of the 3D throttle.
The recommended cost of the ASUS Turbo GeForce RTX 3090 graphics card will be announced later.
