One of the probable victims of photographer Alexander Ktitorchuk, suspected of corrupting and raping minors, was 12 years old at the time of the crime.
This is clear from the text of the suspicion of November 27, presented to the 56-year-old detainee, according to the OBOZREVATEL material.
Thus, the investigation suspects that Ktitorchuk may have raped a 12-year-old girl in April 2020.
This allegedly happened in a Kiev photo studio on the street. Alexandra Archipenko (“ART Bratislava” cultural center). Later, the man was arrested there.
Previously, the photographer took off the girl’s clothes and had sexual intercourse, there was vaginal penetration.
The incident, which has not yet been proven in court, can be classified in part 4 of art. 152 of the Penal Code (rape of a minor), since it is a person under 14 years of age, regardless of whether the girl had the consent.
We emphasize that the investigation is not over yet and Ktitorchuk denies all charges.
