The US Department of Justice did not find any significant fraud in the 2020 presidential elections. The ministry did not find any evidence that could influence the results of the US presidential elections.
This was stated by the attorney general of the United States, William Barr, in an interview with the Associated Press.
Barr said officials from the Department of Justice and agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation are verifying complaints and information about possible electoral irregularities, but have found no evidence.
“Today we do not see any falsification of such magnitude that it could affect the result of the elections,” he stressed.
This statement by Barr breaks all claims by current US President Donald Trump that the presidential election, which was won by Democrat Joe Biden, was rigged. At the same time, Barr is considered one of Trump’s most committed allies.
We recall, today Trump appealed against the election results in Wisconsin for the second time. Trump demands canceling more than 200,000 votes cast by voters in the state’s two largest counties.
In addition, RBC-Ukraine wrote that Trump doubts the possibility of considering his lawsuit for falsification of the presidential election in the Supreme Court of the United States. However, he will not change his position.
