The European Union, together with European financial institutions, has allocated a total of € 16.5 billion in financial assistance to Ukraine since 2014 in the form of grants and loans. At the same time, as the report says, the amount allocated is almost one and a half times more than the aid package that was promised in 2014 at 11,175 million euros.
