Cash registers for private entrepreneurs: the committee has developed a law

The profile committee of the Verkhovna Rada has developed a bill №4439-d to solve the problem of the introduction of compulsory cash registers for sole proprietorships. Earlier, the speaker of parliament, Dmitry Razumkov, gave the committee the corresponding instruction.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine.

The law was developed on the basis of those previously registered bills.

Razumkov made a proposal to put the project on the agenda and consider it according to the ad hoc procedure. The proposal was supported by 324 popular deputies.

Rada has started to consider the law.

As RBC-Ukraine wrote, today a march of private entrepreneurs is taking place in the government quarter of Kiev. The protesters marched towards Khreshchatyk. After that, an action is planned under the walls of the President’s Office.

We recall, on Monday, that the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a bill on the postponement of the introduction of cash registers (RRO). The document also proposes to reduce fines and cancel refunds to buyers for a complaint.

So, on November 17, Verkhovna Rada foiled bill No. 4313-d on the postponement of cash registers for sole proprietors.
