For private entrepreneurs, the Rada postponed the introduction of cash registers

The Verkhovna Rada has postponed the introduction of cash registers for private entrepreneurs. The People’s Deputies supported the corresponding bill №4439-d.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine.

319 deputies voted in favor of the document.

This law deferred until January 1, 2022 mandatory PPO application (PRRO) for individual entrepreneurs who are contributors of the single tax from the second to the fourth group.

Document unites the maximum revenue volumes of different groups of sole proprietorships to the size of the minimum wage (MZ) established at the beginning of the year.

  • for the first group: 167 sizes of the Ministry of Health instead of 1 million hryvnia;
  • for the second group, 834 the size of the Ministry of Health instead of 5 million hryvnia;
  • for the third group – 1167 sizes of the metal plant instead of 7 million hryvnia.

Buyer compensation rules are excluded. (consumers) on complaints about the violation of the established procedure to carry out settlement transactions of a part of the amount of the sanctions applied to the business. We are talking about the so-called cashback.

too sanctions are also canceled due to non-compliance of cash at the place of settlement with the amount of funds indicated in the daily report of the PPO, and due to the lack of preliminary programming of goods in the PPO (pr).

Until January 1, 2022 the application of reduced financial penalties is prolonged for violation by the company of certain requirements of the law on the use of PPOs (software recorders of settlement transactions) when conducting settlement transactions.

As a reminder, the specialized committee of Verkhovna Rada has developed a bill No. 4439-d to solve the problem of the introduction of compulsory cash registers for sole proprietors.

As RBC-Ukraine wrote, today a march of private entrepreneurs is taking place in the government quarter of Kiev.

Note that on Monday, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a bill on the postponement of the introduction of cash registers (RRO).

So, on November 17, Verkhovna Rada foiled bill No. 4313-d on the postponement of cash registers for sole proprietors.
