Coronavirus situation worsens in Ukraine
Almost 12.5 thousand new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Ukraine. On the eve, the number of patients was less than 10 thousand.
During the last day, 12,498 new cases of coronavirus were registered in Ukraine. Health Minister Maxim Stepanov announced it on Facebook.
In total, 62,327 coronavirus tests were performed per day. Of these, 33 817 by PCR and 28 510 by ELISA.
The most tense situation is observed in the regions of Kiev (+1799), Odessa (+889), Dnepropetrovsk (+870), Kiev (+841) and Lviv (+813).
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 745 123 people have already been infected, 12 548 (+221) have died, 355 172 (+10 023) have recovered. 389,951 patients remain active patients.
The day before, it was reported that Ukraine recorded a sharp decline in the number of people infected with COVID-19. For the first time in two weeks, less than 10,000 new cases of coronavirus were registered in the country.
