The Ukrainian delegation of the Trilateral Contact Group expects a reaction from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine due to the activities of the enemy sabotage and reconnaissance group (DRG) in Donbas.
This is stated on the Telegram channel of the Ukrainian delegation to participate in the TCG. Previously, information about the incident was transmitted to OSCE representatives through the Ukrainian part of the Common Center for the Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire and Stabilization of the Delimitation Line of the Parties.
The JFO press service reported the violation of the peace accords by the Russian occupation forces on Facebook. According to the post, Sunday.
On 29 November, in the area of responsibility of one of the brigades not far from Lugansk, an enemy DRG was discovered from an observation post approaching the Ukrainian positions. The group was forced to withdraw following fire contact with the Ukrainian army. Therefore, an attempt by enemy saboteurs to undermine the positions of our troops was thwarted.
During the withdrawal, saboteurs left personal belongings and Russian-made mines, including three MON-50s and a KSF-1 cluster container equipped with PFM-1 mines, prohibited by the “Geneva Convention”.
The enemy corrected the approaches to the Ukrainian positions with the help of an unmanned aerial vehicle of the “Granat” type, which is part of the new Russian artillery support complex “Gunner-2”. It was shot down by the Ukrainian army.
Earlier, OBOZREVATEL reported that in just one day, November 28, the armed formations of the Russian Federation and their mercenaries violated the ceasefire in Donbas nine times. Once again they caused the Armed Forces of Ukraine to fire with prohibited weapons.
The Ukrainian soldiers did not succumb to the provocation; there are no losses or combat injuries among OS personnel.
