The Russian Federation leads any negotiations on Donbass to a dead end, as it is not interested in ending the war.
Denis Kazansky, journalist, blogger, representative of Ukraine in the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG), expressed this opinion on the air of the television channel Obozrevatel. “I see Russia’s desire to bring all this to a dead end, from which there will be no way out,” he said.

According to Kazansky, the Russian side does not intend to comply with Ukraine’s “Donbass Plan”, “because it is too much in line with Ukraine’s interests.” They have already called it “a militant plan for the Donbass genocide.”
