Since time immemorial, such a label has appeared in the world of football: “a game for six points.” The phrase that is being talked about and without it we use today as a background for the “Kolos” – “Desna” party. Two participants of this season’s European Cups, who played three matches for two there, and occupy high places this season, but in the last round they lost simultaneously to Vorskla and Lvov. To continue going to the European Cup zone and take advantage of the “Vorskla” failure, today both teams had to win. There was no possibility of error.
Before the start of the game, Alexander Ryabokon had serious problems with the line-up (and for whom it is now easy). Chernihiv never found his goal, and towards the end of the match they began to lose strength, so probably “Kolos”, who had been on defense throughout the second half, made a bet. The last ten minutes passed in fighting style, and Orekhovsky was even able to lead Kovalev’s team three points, but after a pass he fired over the door. Substitute Seleznyov asked for a penalty in this episode, but there was no handball, which means there was nothing to claim.
As a result, we can praise Chernigov “Desna”, who managed to wake up in the second half and generally looked more interesting than the strong “Kolos”.
