To emerge from the constitutional crisis in Ukraine, three important steps must be taken. All authorities must act in a coordinated and effective manner.
This was stated by the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, on Facebook.
The first step should be the reinstatement of criminal liability for knowingly failing to provide a statement or providing false information in statements.
“According to Volodymyr Zelensky, the criminal liability for this should be quite strict,” said the head of the OP.
The second step is the restoration of the NACP’s powers to monitor electronic filing and the arrangement of the issuance of judges’ declarations.
The third is the resolution of the issue of the formation of NABU and the provision of guarantees for the activities of its director.
As a reminder, the President submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a bill on liability for lies in electronic statements. The project is registered under number 4434.
