Digital Transformation Minister Mikhail Fedorov has promised to pay one million hryvnia to any hacker in the world who breaks the Diya application. Fedorov wrote about this on the night of Friday, November 27, on Telegram.
“I promised we would pay 1 million UAH to anyone who found a vulnerability in Diya. I’m doing it. We launched a bug bounty with a prize fund of 1 million UAH (or $ 35 thousand); we will look for vulnerabilities and bugs in the application Diya. It is important to always improve product security, even if everything is normal. It will be a challenge for “white hackers” around the world on the Bugcrowd platform. An international company specialized in cybersecurity and bugbounty “, – wrote Fedorov.
According to him, the “white hackers” will break the test application, which will not contain personal data. This does not threaten Diya’s safety.
Fedorov promised to tell the details and announce the start soon.
