During the last day, the highest number of confirmed COVID-19 cases was registered in the Kiev, Dnipropetrovsk, Kiev, Zaporozhye and Kharkov regions.
As of this morning, 15,331 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease were detected in Ukraine. Health Minister Maxim Stepanov announced it on his Facebook page.
A day earlier in Ukraine, COVID-19 was confirmed at 13,882 person.
Among the newly diagnosed cases, 659 children and 606 health workers.
During this period, 1955 people were hospitalized, 9617 people recovered, 225 cases were fatal. 76,911 tests were carried out, including 49,323 – by polymerase chain reaction, 27,588 – by ELISA.
During the entire time of the epidemic in Ukraine, 677 189 people fell ill, 317 395 people recovered and 11 717 died.
During the last day, the highest number of confirmed cases was recorded in the Kiev (1,399), Dnepropetrovsk (1,254), Kiev (979), Zaporozhye (898) and Kharkov (895) regions.
