President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Vitaly Kim as chairman of the Nikolaev Regional State Administration. The head of state signed the corresponding decree on Wednesday, November 25, reports the press service of the Office of the Presidency.

It is noted that Zelensky met with Vitaly Kim, presented him with an official certificate, and wished him inspiration as head of Nikolaev’s regional state administration.
