39.3 billion UAH paid in November
The Pension Fund of Ukraine on November 25, 2020, according to the approved schedule, completed the financing of the month’s pensions. On the last day 1.5 billion UAH were transferred.
This was reported by the press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU).
In total, in October 2020, 39.6 billion UAH was spent on pensions, which is 0.3 billion UAH more than in October (39.3 billion UAH).
As RBC-Ukraine reported, 335 655 Ukrainians received pensions of more than 10,000 hryvnia as of October 1, 2020. This is 3.0% of the total pensioners (11,219,396 people).
Recall that as of October 1, 2020, the average payment of 11,220 million pensioners was 3,410.60 UAH. Thus, in the last quarter, the amount of pensions increased by 17.06 UAH or by 0.5% (as of July 1, 2020, the average pension was 3,393.54 UAH).
Note that the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) approved the indicator of the average salary for September 2020, which, according to the law of Ukraine “On compulsory state pension insurance”, is taken into account for calculating the pensions. The average salary in September was 10,570.56 UAH.
