“The result of the Dynamo – Barcelona match was expected”

Former Dynamo coach József Szabo shared his impressions of the Champions League game against Barcelona (0-4 loss):

– This result was as expected. Barcelona not only sign players, everyone knows how to play football. The coach understood that the eminent players would not play against the dismantled Dynamo, they would simply stand or walk the field.

He made the right choice and it was a pleasure to see this Barcelona squad. They had a clear advantage and showed how to play football.

– Dynamo failed to control the game at least occasionally.

– The game was controlled by an opponent. Kievans tried, pushed, but it didn’t work. The opponent was skilled, covered competently and played with one or two touches. This needs to be taught in schools, we don’t have it yet. Unfortunately, we are lagging behind in this regard. Our ball bounces about five meters from the player, there is no softness or elegance.

– Can you tell the score of the game?

– Dynamo has too many marriages. This speaks to the skill of the players. There are players on the team, there are two or three of them who don’t fit into the Dynamo. Let’s see what comes out of Garmash’s return. I liked him a lot, he’s a hard worker, he works from free kick to free kick.
