The State Tax Service of Ukraine fulfilled the revenue plan for the budget of Ukraine ahead of schedule. Of the 458 billion planned, the service has already contributed 463 billion hryvnia to the budget for the year.

This is reported by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

The department was supposed to guarantee the receipt of 458.2 billion hryvnia in 2020, but by the end of November it had already contributed 462.9 billion hryvnia to the budget.

It is observed that among a series of income items, the income from the value added tax was exceeded, taking into account the budget refunds (+28.4 billion), the administrative fines and other sanctions (+2.2 billion), the special tax on excise goods imported into Ukraine (+ 0.7 billion). At the same time, for some other income items, the annual indicators have not yet been reached.

According to Finance Minister Sergei Marchenko, this statistic speaks of the effectiveness of work in the field of shading operations.

It was also reported today that the Ministry of Finance, based on the results of the placement of national government bonds (OVDP) on November 24, 2020, attracted 16,768 million UAH to the state budget. This is 6.7 times more than in the previous auction (2.509 billion UAH).

In addition, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine is completing negotiations with the International Monetary Fund regarding the parameters of the state budget for 2021. The document will be presented to parliament in the near future.
