The budget cannot cover all the expenditures provided by the law for 2020, two cabinet officials said.

“The state budget is not in a position to cover all the expenses foreseen by the law for 2020. Two senior officials of the Cabinet of Ministers told the EP that as of November 20 the State Treasury Service (SCS) stopped financing all expenses, except those protected (salaries of public sector employees, pensions, social payments, payment of debts.- Ed.)
