National Guard spokesman Ruslan Muzychuk told RBC-Ukraine about this in a comment.

He also confirmed that earlier information about the protest action had been received near the embassy.
At the same time, the Facebook community of the “Kiev Operation” reports that the supporters of the “Platform of Opposition – For Life” have come out to protest, that they are holding a demonstration against the alleged “external control of Ukraine”.
