“Why can’t Russia step back? I don’t understand, you Russians, why Donetsk and Lugansk,” – Bogdan asked first.
The journalist made the comment, they say, this should be asked not of the people of the Russian Federation, but of their boss, since in this country “only one person decides everything.”
“Please, Vladimirovich, take a step back. From everyone’s point of view, this will be an act of the strong, just a victory.”– Bogdan said on camera, addressing Putin, and stressed that “taking a step back” refers to a return to the signing of the Minsk agreements.
The former head of the OPU clarified that, they say, he knows for sure about the existence of a certain algorithm of actions, thanks to which Russia and Ukraine can reach an agreement on the issue of the return of the occupied territories. Among other things, we are talking about the special status of Donbass.
In his opinion, the Russian leader knows about this commitment. Although Bogdan himself did not clarify anything, he said that it is confidential information that he learned while still working in the Office of the President of Ukraine.
