Lviv
In Lviv, the current mayor Andriy Sadovyi (in the first round he got 40.09%) and the European Solidarity candidate Oleg Sinyutka (31.1%) are competing for mayor in the second round.
In the morning in Lviv, quite a low turnout was recorded. Representatives of the CHESNO movement wrote about this, in particular. For example, starting at 10 in the morning, there were voting centers in the city where nobody voted.

Meanwhile, Andrei Sadovy has already cast his vote. He joked that this time his passport was in place and shared a photo of the site. Note that during the voting in the first round, Sadovoy had to go to the voting table twice, because the first time he took his passport.
Dnipro and Nikopol
There are half a thousand polling stations in two cities, all open on time, unlike the first round, when the observers recorded organizational problems.
During the campaign period, the police opened eight rape cases in these two cities.
Note that in the second round of the mayoral elections in Dnipro, the candidate of the Propositional party and incumbent mayor Boris Filatov (in the first round he obtained 46.4% of the votes) and the candidate of the Hromadska party Sila Zagid Krasnov (for him in the first round, 13.5% of the voters voted).
In Nikopol, the candidates of the For the Future party, Alexander Sayuk, who obtained 21.86% of the votes in the first round, and the candidate Servant of the People Ruslan Oleinik, with a previous result of 17.85%.
In Dnipro, on November 22, the so-called “weekend fair” was planned. However, instead of a demonstration, restaurateurs in tents were campaigning to go to the polls.

So, in the city parks, special tents were set up, where people receive free tea and cakes. There are columns near the tents, from which you can hear the agitation to go to the polls.
Drohobych
In Drohobych, in the Lviv region, the second round of local elections also continues. There, self-proclaimed candidate Andrei Vesely and current city mayor Taras Kuchma, who is also a self-proclaimed candidate, are fighting for the position.
It is interesting that during the day, near one of the houses in the city center, people noticed nearly a hundred young people. They arrived in buses with license plates from Lviv and introduced themselves as journalists.
They told law enforcement officers that they allegedly plan to monitor the polling stations.

Nikolaev
In Nikolaev, several organizations decided at once to organize contests to increase voter turnout in the second round of voting for the mayor.
Citizens are encouraged to come to the polling stations, vote, and take a photo or selfie near the polls. After that, the image must be published on social networks with the corresponding tag.
In the evening, the organizers of the action will carry out a prize draw. Among them: cakes, gym membership, power banks and the like.
Uzhhorod
Meanwhile, in Uzhgorod, the current mayor Bogdan Andreev (he won 25.41% of the votes in the first round) and Viktor Schadey, candidate of the Servant of the People party (17.91%), are competing.
Interestingly, the night before voting day, the court canceled Viktor Schadei’s observer registration.
The fact is that Shchadei’s observers were presented under the wording that he is an independent subject of the electoral process, but in reality he is a candidate nominated by the Servant of the People party.
Slavyansk
In Slavyansk, activists attract young people to polling stations with contests. So those who take a photo near the polls without a ballot can get a new iPhone 12.
According to CHESNO, Slavyansk is riddled with ads in the visual style of OLE. It is almost impossible to prove that it is a violation.

However, according to the Cherkasy cell of the Voters Committee of Ukraine, on November 21, information about the preparation of networks with indications of electoral bribery continued to arrive. It was reported that a voter will receive 300 hryvnia, subject to voting for one of the candidates and photographing the ballot with a mark for this candidate.
Poltava
In Poltava, former mayor Oleksandr Mamai and Servant of the People candidate Sergei Ivashchenko are running for mayor in the second round.
On election day, both voters and committee members receive messages calling not to go to the polls. Those who received food parcels are reportedly waiting for the police. Sender – Poltava.
