The first offender was arrested at the polling station number 121113 on Aleksandr Konissky Street. The man was photographing his ballot in the voting booth, information in this regard was confirmed by OPORA to the Informant. The policeman drew attention to this. The officer looked at the man’s phone and made sure he actually took the photo. Information about the incident was passed on to the police on duty, who detained the offender for further investigation.
