Police discovered that the Kharkiv Regional State Administration building was damaged by a 19-year-old resident of Malaya Danilovka village. Criminal proceedings have been opened.
On November 21, a man attacked the building of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration (RSA), shouting “Allah Akbar”. The video of the incident was published by the Telegram channel “Trukha Kharkiv”.
The man had an object in his hand, which he threw into the building.
“Six policemen caught up with him and arrested him,” the message says.
The police of the Kharkiv region said that because of the incident, criminal proceedings were opened under Part 1 of art. 296 (vandalism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
