The Ministry of Health is negotiating with six companies to supply the COVID-19 vaccine to Ukraine. This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Health, Maxim Stepanov, on the air of the television channel Ukraine 24 on Thursday, November 19.
Now Ukraine is negotiating with all coronavirus vaccine manufacturers, as the Ministry of Health will not be able to provide vaccines to the entire population of the country at the expense of a single company, the minister said.
“We are already at the stage of signing the relevant documents. This is Moderna, we are in negotiations with them. I also recently spoke with the head of the US Department of Health. The main topic is the negotiations with Moderna, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson Also, this is a British company. ” AstraZeneca. It was previously reported that Ukraine will receive the COVAX vaccine in several installments. Vaccine supply agreements will be signed in December. In the first tranche, Ukraine will receive 1.2 million doses for doctors.
