“I spoke with Surkis about working at Dynamo”

You immerse yourself in this process, you see everything and you think you understand something. But you understand as a second or third coach, and when you become a senior, you don’t understand anything.

– Have you recently had a conversation with Igor Mikhailovich about his work at the Dynamo?

– This spring. But this was not a conversation about working in a club, it was just a conversation. I tried to organize a tournament for children and young people in the Kherson region, and with Surkis we discussed in what format it could be held. Help was needed.
