A working group has been created in the Verkhovna Rada to develop draft laws on electronic filing and the activities of the Constitutional Court. This was announced on Wednesday, November 18, by the Deputy Director of the Verkhovna Rada Legal Policy Committee, Olga Sovgirya, on Facebook.
“By order of the vice president of the Verkhovna Rada, a working group was created from representatives of parliamentary factions (groups), who, before December 1, 2020, must develop coordinated bills on issues related to electronic declaration and the organization of the activities of the Constitutional Court, “wrote the popular deputy.
