At the request of the so-called prosecutor’s office of the non-existent Autonomous Republic of Crimea (located on the territory of Ukraine – Ed.), 44 Russian aircraft were arrested. They all made flights to Crimea. The aircraft of which it is spoken of companies is not known.

In Crimea, the decision of the Ukrainian court was described as a gesture of helpless anger.

“This will have no effect on the flights of Russian airlines to Crimea,” says the head of the republic, Sergei Aksenov. – Another dirty little trick, a gesture of helpless anger.

He recalled that Ukraine had previously arrested Russian planes, but they continue to fly to the peninsula.

“And they will always fly, regardless of the” spells “of the Ukrainian” shamans “in prosecutor’s uniforms and judicial robes,” concluded the head of the region.

At the same time, Sergei Aksyonov believes that officials who remove such decisions must be held accountable in accordance with Russian law.

It should be noted that in September the prosecutor’s office of Ukraine announced the arrest of 65 Russian aircraft, which also flew to Crimea.

Ukrainian officials explain their actions by the fact that Kiev closed the airspace over the republic in March 2014. This was done because the authorities of the “square” could not exercise “security surveillance in the organization of traffic aerial”.
