The Verkhovna Rada approved Bill No. 3651-d on the reorganization of communities and districts. 301 People’s Deputy voted for him.

The law regulates the termination of the powers of village, settlement, heads of city, village, settlement, town halls, their executive bodies, district councils in connection with changes in the administrative-territorial structure of Ukraine.
It also detailed the reorganization of villages, settlements, town halls, their executive bodies, district councils as legal entities of public law.
The document solves the problem:
- succession in matters of property, rights and obligations of the territorial communities, whose territories were included in the territories of the communities approved by the Cabinet;
- succession in matters of property, rights and duties of the district councils, which represented the common interests of the territorial communities of the liquidated districts.
It is planned to extend, until the end of the budget period, the execution of the budgets of the territorial communities and the budgets of the regions settled by the parliament.
The law also defines the details of state registration in relation to local governments and the RSA.
The Servant of the People party draws attention to the fact that without the approval of the bill, the local government bodies in the newly created communities and regions would not be able to function fully. It would also be impossible to create new RGAs.
“Communities that changed territory or joined for the first time and held local elections for the first time, without the approval of the bill, would not have been able to initiate the procedure for the succession of property and personnel. It would have been difficult for them to make a budget for next year, in fact, work at all, “said a member of the organization. state power Vitaly Bezgin.
