This must also be done, if necessary, law enforcement agencies must be involved, it is necessary to take control of where the unauthorized fence comes from, where are the wrong measuring devices , where today people deliberately break or damage measuring devices, water their gardens. ” , – he said.

Khusnullin added that Crimeans “can have enough fresh water” if the authorities “eliminate 50 percent of the losses.”
