Police fined and closed the Fifth Element sports complex, which belongs to former President Petro Poroshenko, for violating the weekend quarantine.
Kiev police reported this on Facebook.
During the raids, law enforcement officers discovered that the fifth element sports complex in the Podolsk region was operating as usual.
The police warned the administration about administrative and criminal responsibility, but in response they heard a refusal to stop working and let the police in.
As a result, law enforcement officers drew up an administrative protocol under art. 44-3 of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses. Also on this fact, a criminal process has been initiated under art. 325 of the Penal Code.

- the work of commercial companies, 60% of the surface of which is occupied by grocery stores;
- provision of financial services, activities of financial institutions, collection and transportation of monetary values;
- the work of postal operators;
- vehicle repair and maintenance activities;
- activities for the maintenance of registrars, liquidation operations, activities for the repair of computers, household items, personal items.
