In Kiev, law enforcement officers forced the closure of the “Khlebny” and “Rare Bird” restaurants, which were operating in violation of the government’s weekend quarantine. Administrative protocols were developed for the administration of these restaurants.
This was reported by the press service of the Kiev police.
The restaurants received visitors inside the establishment, and not “take out”, as required by the quarantine restrictions.
The quarantine violation was discovered during a police raid. The law enforcement officers removed the visitors from the facilities of the institutions and drew up administration protocols under art. 44-3 of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses.
“Administrative protocols were drawn up for serious violation of the rules regarding quarantine,” police said.
We will recall, today in Kiev found another offender of the institution. The sports complex “The Fifth Element” in the Podolsk region functioned despite a government ban. A criminal case was opened against the administration of the institution.
In addition, in the Lviv region, since the beginning of the weekend quarantine, law enforcement officers have found almost 250 establishments that violated the restrictions. More than fifty administration protocols were developed for the administration and citizens.
