The second round of local elections will take place on November 15 in most regions of Ukraine.

Almost 700 criminal cases were opened for acts of violation of electoral legislation, more than 400, related to the electoral process.

Since the start of the election campaign, law enforcement agencies have received 16,203 statements and reports on violations of electoral law. More than a thousand criminal cases have been initiated, according to the National Police on Saturday, November 14.

Thus, the Single Registry of Preliminary Investigations contains information on 1,093 criminal proceedings: 687 – opened on acts of violation of electoral legislation, 406 – related to the electoral process.

We will recall that on November 15, the second round of elections of deputies and heads of village, settlement and city councils will take place in 21 regions of Ukraine.

Repeated voting in the mayoral elections will take place in seven cities: Sumy, Odessa, Kherson, Lutsk, Kramatorsk, Kamenets-Podolsky and Ukrainka.

Previously, Servant of the People announced victory in local elections on October 25. The ruling party is winning the majority of deputy mandates in the country, party chief Alexander Kornienko said.
