The famous Ukrainian-born satirist Mikhail Zhvanetsky, who died on November 6, left a rich inheritance worth about 500 million rubles ($ 6.5 million).
So, the artist owned a luxury house in a pine forest in one of the elite villages of the Moscow region and an apartment overlooking the center of Moscow. This was announced by the Super Telegram channel.
All property will go to Zhvanetsky’s wife Natalia and their son Dmitry.
The famous satirist had a dacha in the town of Gribovo, Moscow region. The 540 square meter house is nestled among dense pine trees on a huge 3 hectare plot. The cost of the residence is more than 150 million rubles (about $ 2 million).
Zhvanetsky’s neighbors at the dacha were the oligarch Andrei Melnichenko, the singer Yuri Antonov, the lawyer Anatoly Kucherena and others.
Also in 2009, the artist bought a 6-room apartment in Moscow with an area of 252 square meters in the elite residential complex “Writers House” on Staropimenovskiy lane. One square meter in the complex costs more than 1 million rubles. The late satirist’s apartment is on the ninth floor. The windows offer a picturesque view of the center of Moscow. The cost of the apartment reaches 300 million rubles (up to 4 million dollars).
Since the late 90s, Zhvanetsky also had a country house in the village of Troitsky. This house with a small 10-acre plot is estimated at 30 million rubles.
As OBOZREVATEL reported, Mikhail Zhvanetsky was buried in Moscow at the Novodevichy Cemetery. The writer’s farewell ceremony was held behind closed doors, only the closest family and friends could attend. Alla Pugacheva and Maxim Galkin appeared at the funeral.
