The text of the scandalous decision of the Constitutional Court on electronic declaration was in the Presidency on October 27, that is, the day the decision was made. The individual judges “shared” it with the president.

This was stated by the presidential envoy to the Constitutional Court Fyodor Venislavsky, reports “Radio Liberty”.

“I tell you a secret, since the decision was voted, some judges shared what it said. We understood that the decision was already unfounded, and that this reaction is already absolutely fair and absolutely legitimate,” he said.

At the same time, Zelensky’s court representative denies that the president was aware of such a decision in advance.

Venislavsky, according to him, began to understand that such a decision would be made on the night of October 26, “when the question of considering the law appeared on the website of the Constitutional Court.”

The presidential representative in the KSU personally told the head of state that the judges had made the appropriate decision.

“To say that the president was furious is to say nothing at all. Because he understood perfectly that we are talking about a systemic attack by the Constitutional Court on the entire system of anti-corruption bodies,” Venislavsky said.

As a reminder, the KSU abolished criminal liability for inaccurate statements and blocked the work of the NAPK and the course of more than 100 criminal proceedings.

Subsequently, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that due to the KSU’s decision, the IMF mission would not reach Ukraine, which threatens to receive new financial aid.

The parliamentary committee supported the bill on the restoration of the provisions of the law on the prevention of corruption, canceled by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, which was proposed by the president of the Verkhovna Rada Dmitry Razumkov.
