New details of yesterday’s crash on Heavenly Hundred Avenue have been released. The police chief of the region spoke about them during a live broadcast on a regional television channel.
In particular, the head of the GUNP in the Odessa region noted that the accident occurred due to speeding. Then, in front of the driver of the Toyota car, which was moving down the Avenue of the Hundreds of Heaven in the direction of Inglesi Street, the BMW driver began to turn left. As a result, the Toyota driver lost control and got into a public transportation stop with people at it. As a result, four people were injured: a 39-year-old woman and a 48-year-old woman, a 15-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy. They are now in the hospital with closed head injuries, broken legs, and other bodily injuries.

The police said the Toyot driver was driving a family car and the BMW driver was questioned as a witness. The decision about your involvement in the accident will be made after all necessary investigative actions have been carried out, including obtaining the results of the examinations.
The BMW driver, who cut off Toyota, was also arrested. It turned out to be a 50-year-old resident of the Khmelnytsky region.
According to the Chief of Police, as part of the investigation, witnesses to the event were identified and questioned, various examinations were appointed and other investigative actions were carried out. The defendant will face a prison sentence of three to eight years with deprivation of the right to drive for up to three years.
